Airline Mission

Dear Fellow Pilots!

Pannon Airlines is a virtual airline with the aim of gathering together the lovers of aviation. Our team was founded at the end of 2009 with the determination of inviting all the people feeling passion for aviation in all sorts of ways as well as setting a friendly space within the company at the same time. Pilots flying for our company use Microsoft’s Flight Simulator 2004, Flight Simulator X or X-Plane for flying, while the virtual air traffic network is provided by Vatsim to guarantee all flights to take place.

Our fleet is basically an Airbus-Boeing oriented one. Flights operated by Pannon Airlines depart from and arrive to Budapest Liszt Ferenc Internation Airport(Ferihegy), amongst which you can find medium-range flights within Europe and long-haul(mostly trans-atlantic) flights as well. Besides Budapest, pilots of Pannon Airlines can also fly from St. Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport since we opened our new hub there in Nov 2010.

Our team has open doors to all applicants – young and elderly – who would like to start their virtual flying career, to get to know the world of (virtual) aviation inside out and would like to be a part of a friendly company.

Kedves Pilóták!

A Pannon Airlines egy virtuális légitársaság, mely a repülés szerelmeseit hivatott egybe gyűjteni. Csapatunk 2009 végén alakult azzal a szándékkal, hogy a repülésért bármilyen formában rajongó embereket összegyűjtse, ezzel kialakítva egy baráti társaságot. Pilótáink a Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 / FSX és X-Plane programokat, valamint a Vatsim légiforgalmi hálózatát használják a járatok teljesítéséhez.

Flottánkban az Airbus és a Boeing típusok dominálnak. Járatainkat bázisrepülőterünkről, a Budapest Liszt Ferenc Nemzetközi Repülőtérről (Ferihegy) indítjuk, melyek között megtalálhatók az Európán belüli, rövidebb útvonalak és a tengerentúli járatok egyaránt. A Pannon Airlines pilótái Budapest mellett, St. Maartenről, a Princess Juliana repülőtérről is repülhetnek, miután 2010 novemberében itt is HUB-ot nyitottunk.

Csapatunkba várunk minden olyan érdeklődőt – legyen akár idős vagy fiatal – aki szeretné részletesen megismerni a (virtuális) repülés világát és szívesen lenne egy baráti társaság tagja.
